Leadership Development Training

CAC-Nepal has successfully run Leadership Development Trainings for our target groups, other NGO’s, community groups, children and their families in Bhaktapur and Kathmandu. We have had over 200 people attend these 10-day workshops. Leadership training includes learning about the concept of leadership, leadership qualities, protecting the rights of women and children, HIV and AIDS issues, communication skills, conflict resolution, domestic violence issues and saving and credit groups. On completion of this training, participants are more aware of their rights and more confident in becoming leaders in their lives.
